Outcomes of 372
I really am looking forward to this semester. Starting off the semester with a quick exercise relieves the initial stress. This semester I am really looking forward to the projects with the two materials of steel and concrete. I feel that the two mediums takes us all out of our comfort levels and pushes us to become creative with something we haven't used before. As we go deeper into our program we are able to look back to the beginning and see how much we have grown as designers. My goal is to continue that process and at the end of the semester be able to look back and see a progression from not only the beginning, but mainly see a change from only a semester back.

Looking back makes me think about how we have all changed. You can see where people are finding their own nitch in architecture. Concrete is going to be excellent for you to continue your design process.
ReplyDeleteyeah, i remember way back when in first semester second year trying to make a long curved hallway with a bench at the end for the teahouse. Stephen didn't like that at all. lol
